ABOUT
From fragmentation to clarity
I'm a senior graphic designer and art director with 20 years of experience taking brands from concept to finished work — in print, on screen, video and environment.
I've designed for global retail, automotive, fashion, logistics, and FMCG brands across Asia and North America, working both inside agencies and directly with in-house teams. That range taught me two things: every format has its own craft, and none of it matters if the work drifts off brand.
I work foundation-first - applying Atomic Design to any project I can so there is always a place and reason for design and brand elements - Atoms, Molecules, to Organisms, the most successful design system created. Before I design anything, I get clear on what makes the brand itself — and then I protect that, whether I'm producing the work myself or directing a team.
I also use AI where it makes the work faster — drafting options, automating production grunt work, exploring directions early. And I know exactly where it stops being useful: AI doesn't understand your brand, your audience, or your legal exposure. I do. Nothing leaves my desk without a trained eye on it.
Off the clock, I'm currently based in Portland, Oregon - easy to relocate. I work on IoT projects geared toward personal safety and anti-human trafficking. I have been developing a low impact solar powered Reticulum and Meshcore based communications network throughout the Cascade Mountains for outdoor enthusiasts to maintain location and communication in the most remote areas in the mountains where cell service does not reach.
On the clock, I'm available for contract projects and senior contract or full-time roles.
